Acceptable Use Policy
What you can and cannot upload or make with Oh You Can Make It Cap, and what happens when content is blocked.
The short version
Oh You Can Make It Cap turns two photos into a 15-second meme video. It is for adults, it is for people who agreed to appear, and it is not for sexual content, minors, celebrities, or anyone else's face without permission.
We check requests before and during rendering. If a photo or a request breaks this policy, the order is blocked and the $7.99 is refunded in full automatically.
Who this service is for
- Adults only. You must be 18 or older to place an order.
- One adult per photo. The two photos must show two different people, or the same adult twice.
- You need the right to use the photos. You must own the photos or have permission from the person who does.
- Everyone shown must agree. Any person whose face appears must have given you explicit permission to make this video with their photo.
- Everyday photos only. Face forward, clear light, normal clothing, no nudity.
What you must not upload or generate
Sexual and adult content
- No nudity, exposed genitals, sexual acts, sexualized poses, or erotic framing.
- No lingerie, swimwear fetish, "just turned 18" or similar sexualized themes.
- No sexual or suggestive captions, edits, or requests aimed at the service.
- No NSFW or adult content of any kind, including implied, animated, or censored versions.
Minors and age
- No photos of children or anyone under 18.
- No photos that could reasonably be taken to show a minor.
- No requests that age a person down, or place an adult into a school, playground, or other child-coded setting for a sexual or humiliating purpose.
Other people, celebrities and consent
- No face of a third person who has not explicitly agreed to appear.
- No public figures, celebrities, politicians, athletes, streamers, or influencers.
- No deepfakes or face swaps used to impersonate someone, defame them, or make it look like they said or did something they did not.
- No private, intimate, or leaked images of anyone.
- No photos taken from social media, dating apps, or anywhere you do not have permission to use.
Harmful and illegal content
- No harassment, bullying, threats, or targeted abuse of any person.
- No hate speech or content that attacks people for who they are.
- No graphic violence, gore, self-harm, or content that celebrates harm.
- No illegal activity, fraud, scams, or content that breaks the law.
- No content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights.
- No attempts to bypass the content check, the filters, or the service limits.
Your responsibilities
By uploading photos you confirm that:
- you are 18 or older;
- each photo shows one adult whose face is clearly visible;
- every person shown agreed to appear in this video;
- you have the right to use each photo;
- the request does not break this policy, the Terms of Service, or the law.
You are responsible for how you use the finished video. It is AI-generated, so label it as AI-generated on any platform that requires that, and do not present it as real footage of the people shown.
How we check content
We use automated checks from our AI provider and our own review of the request. We do not promise to review every order by hand before delivery. The checks are there to stop requests that must not be rendered.
What happens when content is blocked
- If a photo or request fails the check before the render starts, the order is stopped and you are refunded in full automatically.
- If the render fails because the content was flagged, the order is refunded in full automatically.
- If the moderation service is unavailable, we stop the order rather than skip the check, and refund it.
- A blocked order does not use up your free retry, because no video was delivered.
- We may refuse or cancel orders and block repeated attempts. Where required by law, we may report illegal content.
Full details are in the Refund Policy.
Reporting a problem
If you see content made with this service that breaks this policy, or you want a photo of you removed, email support@ohyoucanmakeitcap.net with the result link or order reference. We review reports and remove content or block access where appropriate.
If your own order was blocked and you believe that was a mistake, email the same address. We will look at the order and explain the decision.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service or the law changes. The version on this page applies to new orders. If a change affects an order you already placed, we handle that order under the policy it was placed with.
