Terms of Service

The short version

You upload two photos and pay $7.99 once. We render one 15-second meme video with the original sound and send you a link to watch and download it. There is no account and no subscription. If the render fails, you get a full refund.

Agreeing to these terms

By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not place an order. You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, to use the service.

The service

Oh You Can Make It Cap is a single-purpose web tool. You provide two photos, we produce a 15-second 16:9 video that follows the two-person cap meme and keeps the original meme sound. The video is generated with an AI model and then combined with the sound track.

The service is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with TikTok, X, or the people in the original clip, and it is not an official app of any platform.

Your order and the price

Each order costs $7.99 USD, paid once. There is no subscription and nothing renews. The price you see on the page is the amount charged by our payment provider, Creem, which acts as merchant of record and handles payment processing, taxes and refunds on our behalf.

Payment must be completed before we start rendering. If your payment fails or is reversed, the order is cancelled and no video is produced.

Delivery

When the render finishes, we show the video on your private result page and email the same result link to the address you entered. Typical renders finish within about 15 minutes, but queue times and model latency can vary. If a render cannot be completed, the order fails and is refunded automatically under the Refund Policy.

Keep your result link private. Anyone who has the link can watch and download the video.

Photos, rights and consent

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and of the video we render for you. By uploading, you confirm that:

• you have the right to use each photo;
• every person shown in the photos is 18 or older and has agreed to appear;
• the photos do not break anyone's privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights.

You give us a limited licence to store and process the photos only to render, deliver and support your order. We do not publish your photos or the video, and we do not use them to train models.

The following are not allowed: photos of children, photos of people who did not consent, private or intimate images, illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks these rules. Where the law allows, an order cancelled for that reason is not refunded.

AI output

The video is AI-generated. Results vary with the photos you provide, and we cannot guarantee a specific likeness, expression or detail. Minor artefacts can appear in hands, faces or motion. Use a clear, front-facing photo of each adult for the best chance of a good result. Where a platform requires it, label the video as AI-generated when you post it.

Free retry

If the delivered video misses, you can request one more render of the same order at no extra cost from the result page. The free retry is available once per order and must be requested from the result page linked to that order. Once the free retry has been used, the order is complete.

Refunds

Failed renders are refunded in full automatically. The free retry is not a refund. Other cases are handled under the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create or distribute illegal, harmful, hateful or non-consensual content. Do not attempt to bypass payment, overload the service, scrape it, resell access, or use it to impersonate someone in a misleading way. We may suspend access and cancel orders that break these rules.

Availability and changes

The service depends on third-party model and payment providers. It may be unavailable, slower, or changed without notice. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to new orders. If a change materially affects an order you already placed, we will handle that order under the terms it was placed with.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as is, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or how a platform treats content you post.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator of this site is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to another forum.
