Privacy Policy
How Oh You Can Make It Cap handles your photos, your email address and your order.
The short version
You upload two photos and an email address. We use them to render one 15-second video, deliver it to you, and handle payment, support and refunds. There is no account, no password, and no advertising profile. We do not publish your photos or your video.
What we collect
- Photos. The two images you upload for the video. They are stored privately and used only to render your order.
- Email address. Used to send your result link, the receipt, and messages about the order, such as a refund notice. We do not add you to a marketing list.
- Order data. A random order token, order status, render attempt count, refund state and timestamps.
- Payment references. The payment provider shares an order and transaction identifier with us. We never see your full card number.
- Technical data. IP address, timestamps and user agent, used to keep the service working, prevent abuse and diagnose errors.
We do not collect your name, address or phone number, because the service does not ask for them.
How we use the data
- To generate your video and play or download it from your result page.
- To email you the result link, the receipt and any failure or refund message.
- To process the one-time payment and any refund through our payment provider.
- To answer support requests and handle disputes or chargebacks.
- To protect the service from spam, abuse and fraudulent payments.
Who processes it
We share only what each provider needs:
- fal.ai processes the two photos to render the video.
- Creem acts as merchant of record and processes the payment and refunds.
- Resend delivers transactional email.
- Our hosting and database providers store the site, order records and media.
These providers process data on our instructions and may operate in countries other than your own. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records and media are kept only for as long as we need them to deliver the video, handle refunds, answer support requests, and meet legal and accounting obligations. When that need ends, we delete the photos and the rendered video. You can ask us to delete them earlier by emailing support@ohyoucanmakeitcap.net. Some data can remain in backups or provider records for a limited period, and payment records may be kept longer where tax or accounting law requires it.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses only what it needs to work, such as remembering that you dismissed a notice. We do not run advertising cookies. The payment provider may set its own cookies during checkout on its domain, under its own policy. The site does not create an account cookie because there is no account.
Your choices
Email support@ohyoucanmakeitcap.net to access, correct or delete the personal data linked to your order. We may need to keep a minimal order record to prove a payment or refund happened. If you are in a region with additional privacy rights, we honour requests that apply to you under the law.
Children
The service is for adults. You must be 18 or older to order, and photos of children are not accepted. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Security
Photos and videos are stored privately, access is limited to the systems that need it, and traffic to the site is encrypted in transit. No online service can promise perfect security, so please use photos you are comfortable uploading.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects your data, we will update the date on this page. The current version always applies to new orders.
